I am so glad Shelley started Bay Blooms. She definitely has a love for dahlias. I recently lost my dahlias due to ravenous voles. Shelley replaced mine with her own stock. If you have seen Shelley’s dahlia garden, you could see how lucky I was. There is a reason it is called a nursery! All her Dahlias are healthy and she cares and loves each and every bloom. The Dahlia bulbs I received all grew and when I had some growth issues, Shelley was there to assist me with the proper care for recovery. With Shelley’s knowledgeable help, this year, I dug up the tubers (to avoid voles) and learned how to properly store them for the winter. I definitely recommend Bay Blooms not only for the variety of the dahlias, but for Shelley’s expertise and knowledge that is available when needed.
